At the scheduled time, your official tour guide and transportation will depart toward the
Paracas Resort, a journey of approximately 3 hours. Along the way, we’ll make a brief stop in
Chilca to enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring
chicharrones (fried pork) and
tamales (not included).
Upon arrival at the
Paracas Resort, you’ll head to
El Chaco Port accompanied by your guide. From there, you’ll board modern speedboats to begin a wonderful tour of the
Ilhas Ballestas. During this excursion, you’ll admire this natural wonder and the region’s rich marine wildlife — including sea lions, Humboldt penguins, black cormorants (guanay), flamingos, parihuanas, and various seabirds. The sea lions and penguins often approach the boats, offering an up-close encounter with nature’s beauty. Thousands of seabirds fly between the islands, and you’ll see their nests perched on the rocks. You’ll also view the enigmatic
Candelabro geoglyph, while your guide shares the different theories about its origin.
(Approx. duration: 1 hour and 40 minutes).
After the excursion, there will be time to buy or enjoy breakfast and juices. Then, your guide will take you to the famous
“Dulcería Viviana” near the resort, where you can taste traditional handmade
chocotejas,
alfajores, jams, artisanal cookies, filled mousses, and more.
Next, we’ll head toward the
city of Ica. The guide will take you to the
“Cultur Pisco” Restaurant, a place that blends regional cuisine, local pisco culture, and a charming natural environment surrounded by vineyards — offering a complete sensory and wine-tasting experience. After visiting the facilities, guests will be invited to sample the main products of the winery: wines, piscos, cream liqueurs, macerated spirits, and mistelas — accompanied by lively local expressions typical of Ica.
Finally, we’ll visit the
Huacachina Oasis, located just 5 km from downtown Ica. This beautiful lagoon offers a peaceful setting where you can relax, explore, and take stunning photos — the perfect end to a day full of adventure and discovery.
