2.- I am aware that in the activities in which I will participate there is the possibility of suffering injuries, losses or traumas.
3.- I declare that I am in perfect physical, physiological and psychological condition, as well as that I do not suffer from any disease, injury, or disability that disables me from participating in the tour.
4.- I agree to follow and obey the instructions given by the members of KB ADVENTURES, their guides, instructors or any of their collaborators.
5.- I am aware that the place I will visit may have a delicate ecological balance and I will do everything possible to preserve it in the state in which we find it.
6.- I have made the decision to carry out the tour without any type of pressure, nor under the influence of alcohol or any substance, nor will I be during the duration of the tour.
7.- I am aware that the activity that I will carry out may have risks that are not attributable to KB ADVENTURES, such as events that are beyond our control, such as natural or social events that harm the normal development of the contracted activities.
8.- Due to the aforementioned in the face of any situation caused by my conduct and behavior, for which I will be fully responsible and release responsibility from them to KB ADVENTURES.
9.- Consequently, from the above I reserve all kinds of action against KB ADVENTURES, officials, employees, representatives, agents or guides of this company.
